Officers, including the President, First Vice-President, Second Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer, and members of the Executive Board conduct the ordinary business affairs of the organization during periods between meetings of the general membership (Spring and Fall Conferences). A new slate of officers are elected during the general membership meeting held on the First Monday in October representing a new term of the Louisiana Supreme Court.
